CHIANGMAI GI NEXT 2026 is a project and trade exhibition organized by the Chiang Mai Provincial Office of Commerce. Held from August 14–18, 2026, at the G Floor of Central Chiangmai Airport, the event aims to elevate Geographical Indication (GI) products and Chiang Mai's local identity goods to the premium market.

Event Objectives & Activities

Exhibition & Sales: Featuring over 20 booths showcasing GI and prominent local goods, ranging from food, fresh fruits, and processed items to creative products crafted by local entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneur Development: Providing training and capacity building for over 100 farmers and producers, with a focus on brand development and business networking.

Driving the Economy: Promoting local soft power and pushing for "Inthanon Coffee" to receive a new GI registration, highlighting Chiang Mai as a premier coffee city.
