Fresh orchids, flowers, leaves...
are carefully selected for their
quality, shape, size, color.
Selected pieces are individually wired for
further processing in preparation for
electroplating.
Pieces are then covered with a
protective coating before plating.
Racks carrying the fresh orchids, flower, leaves...
are wired onto it and then lowered into tanks of
base metal for 12-14 hours, depending on
the orchids' size and form. This stage preserves
the flower's real shape and gives the flower strength.
After optimum strength is reached,
the pieces are then taken out and
standardized jewelry accessories are
fused onto them by highly skilled workers.
For lacquered pieces,
jewelry accessories are
assembled and attached
onto the flowers.
The floral jewelry pieces then undergo further electroplating for additional strength with a final coating of gold, silver and/or Black Rhodium finish. These and/or lacquered pieces are then crafted into jewelry and after final check on quality, goods are labelled and packed for distribution and sale to customers.
